I Did Not Find This Work. It Found Me.

I spent over thirty years building businesses across industries, managing events with thousands of attendees, leading teams, hitting targets. On paper, everything looked like success. Underneath, I was running on patterns I could not see and could not stop, no matter how much I read or how hard I tried.

When I finally discovered hypnotherapy, it reached something that years of self-development and talk therapy had not touched. Not because those things did not matter. They did. But they were working with the 5% of my mind I already had access to. The real drivers were deeper, and they had been running the show my entire life.

That experience changed my direction completely. I trained and certified as a hypnotherapist, with additional specialization in Rapid Transformational Therapy. I built a practice. Discovery Conversation

Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone and we will have an honest conversation about what you are dealing with and whether hypnotherapy is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch. Your Session (90 min to 2 hours)

We meet online via secure video. The session follows the four-phase structure: investigate, interpret, interrupt, install. You will be relaxed but fully aware. Most clients describe it as deeply focused and surprisingly comfortable, nothing like what they imagined hypnosis would feel like.

Your Custom Recording

After our session, I create a personalized audio recording designed to reinforce the specific shifts we made together. You listen to this daily for a minimum of 21 days. This is where the rewiring deepens and solidifies. The recording is yours to keep.

Follow-Up Support

I check in at 7 to 10 days and again at 21 days to see how integration is unfolding. If deeper work surfaces or a second session would serve you, we discuss that honestly. Many clients find significant shifts from a single session. Others benefit from additional sessions for layered issues.

No. Therapeutic hypnosis is nothing like stage hypnosis. You remain completely aware and in control throughout the entire session. You can open your eyes, speak, or stop at any time. Think of it as a state of very focused attention, similar to being deeply absorbed in a book or film. You hear everything, remember everything, and your critical mind stays present.

If you have ever daydreamed, gotten lost in thought during a drive, or zoned out watching a screen, you have already experienced a hypnotic state. Hypnosis is a natural brain state that everyone enters multiple times a day. Some people go deeper more quickly than others, but the therapeutic work happens at any depth. I meet your mind where it is.

Therapy typically works with your conscious mind to process and understand experiences. Coaching focuses on accountability and action planning. Hypnotherapy accesses your subconscious mind directly, which is where the patterns actually live. Yes. All of my sessions are conducted online, and research supports that online hypnotherapy is equally effective as in-person work.
